What wax are your candles and melts made from?
We currently use Rapeseed and Coconut wax for our candle's and melts it's eco-friendly, more sustainable than soy and paraffin waxes, 100% vegan and bio-degradable. All our products are cruelty free.

Are your products tested on animals?
No, absolutely not. Every ingredient sourced has been confirmed by our suppliers as not being tested or used on animals.

As a company how eco-friendly are your products?
We try to be as eco-friendly and ethically mindful as possible. Our packaging is either bio-degradable or recyclable, our wax melts packaging is made from recycled water bottles. Currently we post out in cardboard, with tissue paper and eco friendly bubble wrap being our main protective packaging with paper tape on the boxes. 

I'd be interested in having a gift box made up, is this something you can do for me?
We'd be delighted to help you with this. Send us a message via either email, Facebook or Instagram and we'll put something together to suit your budget or requirements. Boxes can be made up to suit a variety of budgets, tastes and occasions. 

How do you ship your orders?
We use Royal Mail to ship our orders. Everything within the UK is posted out on the Tracked 48 service, we'll send you your tracking number on dispatch. When shipping internationally we use Royal Mail 1st Class International Tracked, when your dispatch confirmation email arrives you will be sent a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel all the way from us to you.

Why can't you ship candle's to europe?
Currently we are unable to do this. Countries within the EEA have set regulations when it comes to products that have fragrance added to them or could be hazardous if accidently consumed. All of our candle, melts and any other fragranced products are all made with the legal requirements for labelling (Known as CLP). Countries within the EEA have an added requirement of generation of a unique reference number and registration with the countries appropriate Poison centre. As you can imagine this takes some time to complete, it is something we are currently working on but this will take some time. If you have extra questions regarding this please don't hesitate to get in contact.
