Shipping & Returns

                                       Where do we ship to?
We now ship all over the world. Our parcels are shipped within the same turn around times as stated below. We use Royal Mail 1st Class International Tracked, this means once you have dispatch confirmation you will also receive a tracking number enabling you to track your parcels journey from us to you. Please note that fragranced items cannot currently be shipped to countries with the EEA, this is due to set regulations that we are working on to get done for you. In a nutshell each fragranced item needs a unique reference number creation and registration with the appropriate countries poison control. As you can appreciate this is taking some time to complete.

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 2 working days, at peak or busy times this may become 3 working days. This will be posted on the main home page if this is the case. We value all our customers no matter how big or small their order and aim to provide the highest level of customer service.  All UK based orders are shipped using Royal mail Tracked 48 service, your tracking number will be sent upon dispatch. If your order is to ship internationally then Royal mail 1st class 

 

If you need any help at all with enquiries or chasing a shipment please don't hesitate to contact us. All emails will be answered within 48 hours and if the email is urgent then please pop 'urgent' in the subject bar of your email. This will alert us and we'll be sure to answer you as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can of course return an item if you aren't happy with the quality or it's faulty in any way. But please bare in mind that there are a few items that we can only accept returns on if they are faulty. These include any of our soaps, shower puffs, flannels, make up wipes and any other product used on the body. I'm sure you can understand the reasoning behind this, but it is due to health and hygiene reasons. We also can not accept returns if the fragrance purchased is not to your liking and is simply a case of not being the right one for you. 

 

Products must be returned in the condition they arrived to you in. Once the returned item has been received by us we will issue you a full refund this will include the postage and packaging. We will not however refund the cost of return postage, we advise that upon posting a return a proof of posting is kept for your records until we let you know we have received your return.
