
Shipping & Returns
Where do we ship to?
We currently ship within the UK . Unfortunately due to new legislation that came into effect in December 2025 we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland. We apologise for this but currently there isn't anything we are able to do to resolve this. In the future if we start to get requests for international shipping it is something we will look into.
Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 2 working days, at peak or busy times this may become 3 working days. This will be posted on the main home page if this is the case. We value all our customers no matter how big or small their order and aim to provide the highest level of customer service. All UK based orders are shipped using Royal mail Tracked 48 service, your tracking number will be sent upon dispatch.
If you need any help at all with enquiries or chasing a shipment please don't hesitate to contact us. All emails will be answered within 48 hours and if the email is urgent then please pop 'urgent' in the subject bar of your email. This will alert us and we'll be sure to answer you as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can of course return an item if you aren't happy with the quality or it's faulty in any way. But please bare in mind that there are a few items that we can only accept returns on if they are faulty. These include any of our earrings. I'm sure you can understand the reasoning behind this, but it is due to health and hygiene reasons. We also can not accept returns if the fragrance purchased is not to your liking and is simply a case of not being the right one for you.
Products must be returned in the condition they arrived to you in. Once the returned item has been received by us we will issue you a full refund this will include the postage and packaging. We will not however refund the cost of return postage, we advise that upon posting a return a proof of posting is kept for your records until we let you know we have received your return.
